CONTINUOUS LAMINATION AND
PRE-IMPREGNATION GLASS FIBERS

Conformat N-754 is a very open continuous strand glass fiber reinforcing mat consisting of 85% strands and 15% monofilaments.

Both materials are often used as reinforcement in continuous lamination and pre-impregnation processes.

BINDER SYSTEM: Both regular soluble polyester and non-soluble binder systems are available. The various types determine wet and dry tensile strength requirements. Consult factory for assistance.

VISUAL APPEARANCE: Surmat and Conformat are white in color, highly consistent and continuous filament glass fiber mat, supplied in rolls with trimmed edges.

Each roll is substantially free of tears, holes, dirt, grease, foreign materials and non-uniform glass clumps or strands.

And very importantly, we only use BoronFree ACR Glass in manufacturing our FRP mats. This is the top grade glass that resists corrosion and produces customer-winning quality parts.
